Registrars attending the conference are warmly encouraged to head along to this popular informal networking event. It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and meet new faces in the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of Woof! The venue offers a mix of seating and standing space, ideal for mingling and conversation. Snacks will be provided, and drinks are available for purchase.

Welcome Reception

Our opening social event of the 2025 New Zealand Conference will take place among our exhibition and supporting companies. It’s the perfect way to conclude the first day of the conference—reflect on the day’s presentations with colleagues and connect with new associates. Canapés and beverages will be served, and guests will be treated to a brief performance on the historic symphonic organ, installed in 1919.

Tickets are included with a Full or Monday registration, when selected.

Conference Dinner

Join us for a memorable evening at the New Zealand Conference Dinner at Tūhura Otago Museum. Enjoy a carefully curated menu by Precinct - Dunedin’s premier locally owned catering team - served in the light filled Atrium, featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. Connect with colleagues as you explore the interactive science centre and unwind among the museum’s unique exhibits, including the stillness and peace of the tropical butterfly enclosure.
