Preferential rates have been secured for conference attendees at the Copthorne Hotel and Resort and the Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia.

Reservations can be made during conference registration. We strongly encourage you to complete your booking by Monday 7 September to secure the negotiated rates. Rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars, GST inclusive.

These preferential room-only rates are per room, per night, and based on single, twin, or double occupancy.

Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia

A short 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk from the conference venue, this hotel is perfectly positioned on the waterfront with stunning views of the brilliant blue-green sea. Featuring 100 rooms and 13 waterfront suites, the hotel also offers amenities including a swimming pool and games room. Dine in McKenzie's Restaurant & Bar on the first floor (stair access only) provides a waterfront panorama to accompany your meal.
